7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened and in its original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it.
You will also need to print out your online purchase invoice.
Returns are only allowed for damaged items and pending approval.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

FOR ITEMS RETURNED BY THE POST / CUSTOMS REJECTIONS 

When an order is returned back to us because the receiver denied the package, did not pay custom fees to pick up the package, or refused the package in any way, the cost of the order will not be refunded. No exceptions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please contact us by email and attach photos of the damaged items, incorrect items.
If the items are damaged, and the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label to send the item back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Partner products are nonrefundable, unless they arrive damaged.
For damaged goods, please read the above policy.
Such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Substitutions 

If you would like an item in our box to be changed out because of religious reasons or because of sever allergies please contact us at info@Omotenash.net and we can discuss the options on how we can help you. Our customers matter and we would like to do our best to complete your experience. 

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a separate purchase for a new item after your return is approved. You will have to pay for return shipping costs , for boxes that you would like to exchange.
