Orders for items other than the sweet or savory boxes will be shipped within 5 business days if in stock. 
Sweet and savorybpxes will be shipped at a predetermined time each month.
We will ship your package within 5 business days of receiving your order. However, since we ship internationally, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders over $200 (excluding subscription items).

 

Substitutions 

If you would like an item in our box to be changed out because of religious reasons or because of sever allergies please contact us at info@Omotenash.net and we can discuss the options on how we can help you. Our customers matter and we would like to do our best to complete your experience.
